My Personal Journey with the Subconscious Mind
Growing up as the daughter of hard working immigrant parents, my siblings and I often felt isolated and different. We faced significant challenges, and for much of my childhood, I struggled with anxiety and sadness. It wasn’t until I began exploring the power of the subconscious mind that I experienced real transformation.
By reframing the old messages from my past and reprogramming my inner beliefs, I was able to overcome limiting thoughts and grow into the person I am today. The practice of accessing the subconscious has helped me heal and discover a deep sense of gratitude for my journey.
I’m passionate about sharing this with you because I understand how challenging it can be to overcome life’s obstacles. For over 20 years, I’ve studied holistic healing and hypnosis, both of which allow us to tap into the subconscious mind. This powerful aspect of our being stores the emotions, thoughts, and beliefs from our past experiences. While these stored beliefs are often intended to protect us, they can sometimes create emotional barriers or limit our potential.
